Eagle Bluff Landfill is located in the Northeastern edge of the City of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. This 69 acre site has 32 acres approved to accept C & D from Tuscaloosa County residents. The site is permitted to accept a maximum daily volume of 2,000 cubic yards per day and at its current fill rate Eagle Bluff has approximately 16 years of site life remaining.
Located at the edge of the destruction area from the devastating April 2011 tornadoes, Eagle Bluff Landfill was instrumental in servicing the community as one of the disposal facility for the large volumes of storm debris.
The Eagle Bluff Landfill employs two full time personnel and is managed by Site Manager, Fred Rogers. This facility also houses the site of Tuscaloosa Hauling Company.
