Advanced Disposal offers a variety of services to our commercial customers, from recycling and construction to special waste and industrial. But to us, “service” means much more than collecting waste. It means:

• High standards — We believe in investing in customer relationships, using the best equipment possible, and providing consistent maintenance and support from a highly trained, courteous and professional team that includes drivers, dispatchers, mechanics and managers.
• Cleanliness — We guarantee that all new containers will be clean and fresh, with the company decals and phone numbers properly displayed.
• Responsiveness — We promise that deliveries will be on time. Swap out of containers will be completed within five business days from the request. Next-day services are standard when paperwork is turned in by 5 p.m. For special requirements, deliveries will be made after 12 p.m. of the next day. Extra pickups are guaranteed for next-day service, and same-day service whenever possible.
• Customer service — We will make every effort to service blocked containers by contacting the customer or speaking to someone on site.
