Hoosier Landfill II is an MSW landfill that was started in the 2008. The facility is permitted by the Indiana Department of the Environment Management and the facility currently accepts an average of 800 tons per day. Municipal Solid Waste, Construction and Demolition Debris, Municipal and Industrial Sludges, Friable and Non-Friable asbestos and residual wastes are received for disposal. The facility receives Salt Cake and BaghouseDust waste which is disposed of in a separate mono-fill cell. At current volumes the facility has airspace to 2037. The facility has contracts and has the approval to accept residual waste generators in IN and surrounding states of MI, IL, OH, KY and accepts waste from Advanced Disposal subsidiaries and third party companies.
