The asset acquisition includes a transfer station in Rhinelander, Wis., a lease to operate another transfer station in Lac du Flambeau, Wis., two roll-off routes, one commercial route and three residential routes in the Rhinelander, Lac du Flambeau and Minocqua, Wis. areas. The new routes will be run out of the Rhinelander and Minocqua, Wis. locations.
