Advanced Disposal, an integrated environmental services company, is pleased to welcome Chris Hagan as municipal marketing and government affairs manager. In his new role, Hagan will be working throughout Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia to position Advanced Disposal as the preferred provider of solid waste and recycling services. He will focus on building the region’s municipal residential collection businesses with an emphasis on building and maintaining relationships with elected officials and staff.
“With Northeast Florida being our company headquarters, Chris’ job is tougher than most due to the heightened involvement and expectations of our company’s local leadership team with the cities and counties that he will directly serve,” said Charlie Gray, Advanced Disposal regional vice president. “Chris has a true passion for government relations and is certainly up to the challenge of serving our customers with unfailing care and responsiveness and managing the home turf nature of a local company headquarters.”
Hagan most recently worked with Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) as the government affairs director, where he worked with state and local elected and appointed officials on issues affecting the building and development industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in economics from Flagler College.
