Advanced Disposal, an integrated environmental services company, today welcomes Zachary A. Salata, CPA as vice president of financial reporting. He will be responsible for Securities and Exchange Commission compliance, technical accounting, enterprise risk management and financial reporting.

“Zachary brings a strong history of public company accounting practices, leadership and business acumen to our accounting and finance team,” said Steve Carn, CFO of Advanced Disposal. “Zachary will continue to build on a strong financial reporting platform improving the quality and transparency of our financial data.”

Prior to joining Advanced Disposal, Salata spent 10 years with Ernst & Young, LLP in various roles with a focus on external audits, initial public offerings, Sarbanes Oxley Act compliance, risk assessments, internal control testing and the issuance of public debt securities. Salata holds bachelors’ degrees in accounting and finance from Florida State University and is a certified public accountant.
