Advanced Disposal, an integrated environmental services company, invites all residents within St. Johns County, including St. Augustine, St. Augustine Beach and Hastings, to show their commitment to a cleaner and safer environment by pitching confidential, personal, banking and other secure information documents for immediate destruction and recycling.

This free event will take place this Saturday, March 26, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., rain or shine, at the Anastasia Square Shopping Center, located at the corner of SR 312 and A1A. This event is for St. Johns County residents only and no business or commercial documents will be accepted.

Acceptable items for shredding include all personal documents, white or colored papers, stapled or paper-clipped documents, file folders and file hangers. Unacceptable items include three-ring binders, cardboard and business or commercial documents.
