HIGH STANDARDS. HAPPY CUSTOMERS.

  • I'm impressed with their efficiency and good nature. The drivers are very pleasant, and hand you the containers back or put the containers back neatly on the ground. I appreciate them very much. They do us all a great service.

  • Thank you for your hard work and dependable service. I apologize that there were a few times our church bus got parked near our dumpster (our fault not thinking ahead) and you managed to back through a tight spot and pick up the load. We will try to do better keeping our vehicles away so you have more room to maneuver.

“Thank you for your hard work and dependable service.”

  • Any time I've called Advanced Disposal, I always speak with the person, Melissa, who is absolutely amazing at providing exceptional customer service! I know they cover a huge area in Northern WI, but she somehow seems to remember each and every one of her clients. Just a few weeks ago we forgot to take the trash to the road, so I called to see if they still had a truck in the area that could pick it up. Since we're on a biweekly schedule, a missed pickup is a big deal. I left a voice mail explaining what had happened and by the time I emptied the kitchen trash, the bin was emptied! Either the driver noticed that we forgot to take it to the road and just drove up our long driveway and got it, or they came back while we were gone. Either way, they had it taken care of before we knew it. No other company can even come close to providing service the way Advanced Disposal does! It's unreal how many positive stories have been shared here. It's amazing.
