Advanced Disposal, an integrated environmental services company, is pleased to announce the hiring of Dustin Reynolds as general manager for the company’s Madison, Wis., area locations. Reynolds will oversee the daily operations, sales and service for hauling companies and transfer stations in Madison and Monroe as well as a materials recovery facility in Madison.
“Our customers in the Madison area – residents, businesses and municipalities alike – will be well served with Dustin at the helm,” said Chris Rooney, Advanced Disposal region manager. “His industry knowledge and commitment to excellence are tremendous assets.”
Prior to joining Advanced Disposal, Reynolds spent more than seven years as an operations improvement manager within the waste industry. He was responsible for continuous improvement of key performance metrics and process opportunities in safety, service, efficiency and transformation. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
Reynolds and his wife, Krista, have four sons: Mason, Jackson, Karter and Brycen. In his spare time he enjoys bow hunting and coaching his children’s sports teams. He is a volunteer for the Town of Norway recreation department and a U-8 baseball coach for the Muskego Storm.
