HIGH STANDARDS. HAPPY CUSTOMERS.

  • Kudos to Advanced Disposal for offering a resource for customers to deposit our yard waste. My neighbor told me about the service and I immediately went into the house and canceled my service with a different provider. I called Advanced Disposal and arranged for them to be our new garbage collector. I am so excited that I have a resource to get rid of my yard waste because I have a very large garden. I was so thankful that one day I showed up with over 60 ice cream bars on a warm day so I could offer just a little bit of a thank you, but it is not nearly enough. Thank you very much for this service. God's blessing to every person who works at Advanced Disposal and their families.

  • Frankly, I'm usually still in bed when our trash is picked up, and I have no personal story to tell. But, I want to thank all the handlers/drivers involved with our service. The fact that we never have an issue means they are doing a great job, and we TRULY appreciate their service. :)

  • How do you say "thank you" in a more grateful manner? The service has been fantastic from day one. Our service pick-up person has never left "nasty" notes, like our previous provider, nor have we had additional charges for bags of recyclable shredded paper. I don't know the name of our pick-up person, but please let him know we appreciate his service. Thank you so much!

  • Since changing to Advanced Disposal, I have been extremely happy with the drivers. They are friendly, on-time, and don't leave a mess behind. We have several neighbors with your service, and we all couldn't be more happy with the company and your friendly drivers.

  • Advanced Disposal has provided impressive service, especially for the annual bulk item pickup in the fall. My wife and I did a major overhaul of our basement and garage and placed a vast quantity of refuse and recyclable material curbside. We expected a warning about the amount of garbage and recycles. It took a couple days, but all of the items were gone, and there was no letter or additional charges on our quarterly bill. Advanced Disposal has a great team of people and provide fantastic service!

  • This was the yard waste pick-up week. I was all prepared and had my 10 biodegradable bags out to the curb. On the day of my usual pick-up, I noticed my garbage had been picked up and all my neighbors yard waste was gone, but mine was still there. I live in a college area and parking on our block is a prime location making it very difficult for pick up at times. After a couple days, I called the local office and asked why I was missed. They apologized for the lack of pick-up and the truck was there within the hour to pick up the yard waste (even after I had said there was no hurry). I just wanted to make sure I could still get them to pick it up. Thank you so much for the friendly and prompt service.

  • Our collector is always friendly, but it was especially kind when after returning from a two month trip that our garbage man welcomed us back and said, "It's great to see your garbage again!"
